Firstly, best of luck to the delegates of Miss Texas USA 2020.
Secondly, Miss Nevada USA 2020 is January 5, Miss Utah USA 2020 is January 18, and Miss New Mexico USA 2020 is January 26. So there's still a month after Miss Texas USA to set up the paper trail, err relocate, in time for the next attempt to reach Miss USA 2020.
