However, Yliana did not have her degree when she won Texas but graduated before Miss USA. 1st runner up. I know penalty of girls who have traveled the world and have more experience than any book can teach them. Let’s face it.. It’s the TOTAL package. You can’t just say LETS PICK HER.. she’s pretty and has a degree. She may be a monster, doesn’t communicate well. etc. We are NOT privy to their interviews.
