Question does matter. LaGrange was neck and neck with Kemah. Karlie simply answered the question better. I have been to at least 15 Texas Teen pageants and I have seen these girls compete locally. This is why sometimes in Miss Texas, we've have a few winner in the past (NOT speaking of this year's winner) who stumble and not answer well and still end up winning.
