If you have been following Teens or Miss that is NOT the outcome. Taylor was not favored to win Texas but she was on fire that weekend. Kennedy came out of nowhere. I don’t know who you are talking about ( I can guess though) and I think you are underestimating the judges. They can see right through all the crap.
