Kemah(winner): Always been top notch contestant. Had a feeling she'd do well. Although, didn't think she would've won this year, but more in the future. No one can deny her beauty & though wasn't my choice, she won on her own. Expect to see her make the cut at USA
Webb(1ru): Say what you want, lovers and haters, she was a great pick for the spot she got. Wasn't sure if she'd get as far like last year since I thought she was stronger then, but HEY?!- she was given 2 weeks notice and made 1ru in the hardest state. Takes skill. Sad she ages out. Could've been a force.
ToTX(2ru): Another one who earned her spot. Didn't think she'd win this year and maybe not next year, but winning TX is definitely in her future. Only problem is she kind of blended during prelims, but judges differed, so who knows?!
CSTX(3ru): wow! She always has the beauty of a Miss Universe contestant every time I see her on stage. I think it's hers to lose next year, or definitely will be in 5 again
Austin(4ru): young or old, was marvelous. Transitioned from teen to miss great, making t5 both consecutively. Tbh, I thought she could've followed Daniella as a young winner, but glad this wasn't her year since I feel she can go all the way in a few
Metro(t16): was one of my bubbles, didn't have her in due to competitiveness, but competed for a while so had a feeling she'd be there, but didn't have her going any farther though, ages out
SunC(t16): pleasant surprise! Didn't know too much about her, but loved her headshot. Had her in my t16 too but no farther, next year, maybe
Harris(t16): wth happened? Easily had her winning or getting 1ru again and this?! Placed too low. Hoping she returns, though I do think she needs to turn up the heat like last year to make it far again
LoneStar(t16): had a feeling she would make it for many great reasons, but was bummed she didn't move on. I predict good things if she continues to compete
NTX(t16): speaking of bummed, literally cried when she didn't make it to next level. It'd have been incredible if she'd have won after 10 yrs. TX passed up a great person all those yrs now, sad, ages out
DFW(t16): surprise! Was great to see a new addition to the top. Also a former TXOT. She can do well if competes again. Had a feeling about her too.
NLaredo(t16): a shocker. Didn't have her in my top but don't think it was deserving though pretty. I'd have put Allie Drake in this place
Jackson(t16): every time I see her own stage I smile, which is great. Wish she'd move to MAO though, feel she'd do great there
Bay(t16): tbh, still don't understand all the hype, cute, but doesn't "sell it" on stage. Could be a force in TX later on, but don't see it happening
Houston(t16): expected her to make the 5. Was her best year yet and couldn't crack it, sad. Feel if she would've been more at ease, then her place could've drastically changed, hope to see her again to compete for Kemah or in general
STX(t16): was amazing! For not having much experience, wow! SS winner out of 90+ women! I think she'll go far next year
Shockers who didn't make it:
•Allie Drake: moved into my 5 after prelims, was speechless she clapped, deserved to be in the finals, RETURN!! Will win soon!
•Stephanie Ludwig: photogenic winner but clapped. Though wasn't as shocked as Allie, felt she deserved to be up there
