This photo was published on 1st October 1958. Miss Colombia 1957 was Doris Gil Santamaría and she decided to resign because she wanted to get married. Because of this, the first runner-up Luz Marina Zuluaga represented Colombia in Miss Universe 1958 and she was the winner of that title. In this photo, Doris is with a dog called Pinscher who was the winner of the 7th exposition of dogs, and he is 20 months.
