I'm sorry to hear you are a bit depressed. I have been dealing with my own depression lately. I hadn't taken my own depression really seriously until about Christmas, and shortly after, when I ran into a particular low point, and had a few problems with my medication, and suddenly came to realize that it is a serious problem for me, and one I shouldn't take as lightly as I had.

A week ago I was in Toronto for a meeting, and on my way to the meeting experienced pain across my chest, shortage of breath, and general weakness. Since I wasn't writhing in pain or unable to go on, I continued on to my meeting, and recovered slowly during the morning. Next day I spend twelve hours at the hospital, to be told in the end that my heart, chest and blood were OK, and they had no idea why I had chest pains the day before. Getting older is so much fun.

I hope you find a way out of your feelings of depression, Rana. There isn't always something you can do about it, and part of the problem is situational, but the medication helps, too. At least I'm not slumped in my chair for long periods, as I used to be.
