Wow, sounds bad. I recall that Churchill suffered bouts of it. He called it the 'black dog' I believe.

our state of mind fascinates me. Why do I sometimes feel 'up' and other times 'down'? Sometimes it can be the situation, but sometimes its just looking at the same situation through a different perspective. What is the trigger that causes a mind to 'flip' from positive to negative?
