Subject: offering food, no I do not usually do that. I give them the offer of listening if they want to talk about it. I don't eat when I am upset, so I guess that is why I don't just offer up food. Ch27) I never see my closest friend anymore. I have a lot of memeories, and that is all I have now. We don't even hardly talk on the phone anymore. Life has her too far away, although she is still in Asheville, but barely. Fun times though. We just helped each other through life when we were actively friends.

  • I think the sequoia stands for thriving no matter what- surviving where you are put, finding a way to make it even when far from home and cut off from kin. But at the same time, always standing out and being different. I see it more as a symbol of Pamela than Casey even though she is the water person and he is the earth.
