In reply to: celtgirl 's message, "I have finally chosen a colour for 'Angels'. This isn't earth-shattering news, but when I finally made up my mind, I felt I had to share it because I'm relieved that it finally felt right. I'm going with red for this book- partly because each book is an element to me- EU was earthy, 'Mermaid' was obviously my water book, and I thought 'Angels' would be air- but it's fire as it turns out. Also much of the book takes place in Russia, so the red feels right. Just wanted to share. :)" on 13:31:30 06/15/09 Mon

  • So red it is! Symbolism makes sense. I'm very anxious to get book #3 in my greedy paws! Got an ETA yet? (NT) -- Denise, 16:32:15 06/15/09 Mon
  • It depends on many things. I am hoping to have a first draft done by the end of the year, but that might be overly ambitious and optimistic on my part. After that it has to go out to a few people to look over and edit. That takes awhile as well- also depends who I can beg and bribe to do it this time round. :) Then of course there's the publication process itself, which was actually relatively brief last time, and will be even less of a hassle this time, as many things are in place. I'll probably reassess where I'm at in the fall, I'm hoping to get some work done over the summer- I have done it before, so I know it's possible. I just need to convince my girls of it. The pile of pages sitting by my desk is getting quite deep though. (NT) -- celtgirl, 22:21:09 06/15/09 Mon
