Subject: I think perhaps John, Liz and Maggie saw Pamela as a strong person (intelligent, poetic, beautiful too) who could help Jamie out of the funk he has been in since splitting with his wife. Yevgena feels he needs someone to bring him to life, to look after as she says, but to care about and allow his own problems to recede. Jessica has always been a friend, and I don't think Yevgena really thought Jamie would take that relationship to any other level, but maybe she was planting a seed for Jamie to realize that he needs someone in his life, of the female gender, to appreciate and hopefully love.

  • I wasn't sure what to make of Pamela so just thought she was a passing character. Hahahaaa foolish thought that was! I think Yevgena knows Jamie well and knows the type of woman Jamie needs in his life for things other than those of a sexual nature.
