Well Brian always knew something was very wrong in the Temple household and he understood there was even more than met the eye- so it's likely he'd dig around, perhaps at some point confront Robin's father. Robin's dad would have hated Brian for being all he never was- and perhaps knowing on some level Brian was worthy of Robin's love and admiration while he never was. In the way of human emotion, it's not something that would make straightforward sense, but it's there nonetheless.

  • 4. As Susie says above, Pamela knows Casey wouldn't turn his back on a baby and really at this point as much as she wants him to stay she feels this would be more like blackmail. If he needs to go and work things out for himself she knows it's better that he does so, even if it means she's taking the chance he won't ever return. She knows he would always be a part of his child's life, but if he's going to come back to HER then she wants that to be for the right reason and for him to be at peace with that decision.
