LOOK, We are not interested in Karts at all. We are looking for aditional tracks to purchase or lease. Obviously, if our group leased the track, there would be a set amount that we would lease it for. If we leased it on a percentage, What or how would this benefit the club? I/We want the club to make X amount of dollars every month. We will NOT pay the club a percentage. I dont work for a percentage, and I dont buy anything and only pay a percentage. I pay MONTHLY on all outstanding bills. Now, You might only pay a percentage of your Ameren bill, but sooner or later you will need to pay the entire thing. If you go a little deeper, If we only paid Coles County a percentage, Would this benefit Coles or would the Board continue to worry about bills? I dont know, but I would like to think that the Board would feel at ease that they did not have any operating costs at all. This is the goal - NO OPERATING COSTS FOR COLES COUNTY SPEEDWAY!!!!
