1.I believe music can nurish the body through different ways such as relaxing stressed people, provides a means to dance which can be seen as exercise, as well as changing their mindsets.
2 Music can bring greater health to peoples mind by communicating to their emotions, relieving stress, and making people feel better.
3.I don't think music can really damage a soul because i think music cannot really hurt people in general. Also if someone did find a song to be "damaging" its not that hard to turn it off.
4. I think the music that nourishes the mind is more important to me because i feel that music can affect how i feel and it often relaxes me.
