1. Yes is do beleive that music can nurish the human body. This is becasue when you listen to music you dance therefore excercising your body. Also Depending on what music gets you excited or "pumped up" it can motivate you to work out.

2. It can help you mentally by realxing you when your upset. Also if your in a time when you need to study or work hard it can confort you to work and ease stress. And overall it can just make you feel good hearing a song you like.

3. I dont think that it can damage the soul however it can help damage by bringing up damanging memories. For example if a song reminds you of someone who has died hering that song can hurt you.

4. Its more inportant for me for my mind because it just relaxs me and gets me through my day. It keeps me in a good mood all day.
