1. Yes. For example, the way it makes you dance really is a great workout. Also, I work out better with music in the background, and I bet most people feel the same.

2. Music can help mentally in a lot of ways. For instance, it can help you relax when you're tense and moody. Also, some types of music help you sleep. Finally, music can be enjoyed at a social event, like a dance or a party.

3. I don't believe music can damage the soul. Music is designed to help calm a person down, not destroy them from within. Therefore, I believe the belief that music damages the soul is absurd.

4. I believe music is more mind-oriented. This is because people need something to calm them down and help them relax sometimes, and music does just that very well.
