1. No I do not believe that music can nourish the physical body.Because when I know that music helps me to work out, and study and run but those are things that it does to me mentally and not phisically.
2. I think that it is possible for music to bring health to your mind because it can relax you, it can make you go to sleep easier, and it can motivate you to do things.
3. No, I dont think that music can damage the soul. I dont think it because I dont think that your soul can be damaged. Maybe A kind of music might cover it up and make somebody act differently but deep down they are the same.
4. For me, for music to nourish my mind is more important then for it to nourish my body. I feel this way because, for me, music really helps motivate me and get me in to a good mood or to get ready for the day.
