1. I think music can nourish the body. An example would be if you just came home from a long days worth of work and your tired and wanted to relax, you throw in a CD and lay down and relax. Its a good way to spend your time if you want to "chill".
2. Music can bring greater health to your mind by relieving stresses in everyday life. As said in number 1 when you have had a long day of work and you are stressed out music can sooth the mind.
3. Depending on how you listen to music it can nourish the soul or bring violence and hate into your life. An example would be satanic music which could potentially cause riots, fights, and just violence in general. Music can also damage the soul by turning you to the emo side....
4. For me, music sooths the mind and is a good way for me to reflect on my day and problems in a calm manner.
