1. Yes, I think musical tunes can nourish the body. This is because, a listener can physically react to what he/she is hearing such as tapping your feet and head-banging. This can be good physical exercise or may cause drain bramage. Music is also said to be good for the soul like chicken soup which tastes good, I don't recommend tasting music however. Also, music is a part of any kid's balanced breakfast, therefore it's rather nourishing.
2. I guess it's possible for music to bring greater health to the mind in the way that you can clear your thoughts completely while listening. Music also helps people think and influences their thoughts and actions, hopefully in a good way.
3. Music can damage the soul if you listen to satanic or overly religious music (go ahead and bash me as I hide behind a computer monitor three rows behind you). I don't believe rap and hip hop influences gang violence but alot of other politic...people do so I guess that counts. Music also may not be good if you're hopped up on drugs or something because you could see funny shapes.
4. I think music that nourishes the mind would be better for me personally. This is because, my mind is filled up with all this other garbage and it needs to be released when I listen to music. Music also helps me finish my H.W. and not procrastinate because I tend to do that. Music also helps ignore annoying people that say stupid things, which in turn helps my brain. Peace.
