1. I believe that it does nourish your physical body because at times when im upset of just not having a good day and i listen to an upbeat song i feel better and rejuvinized. I know its probally all mental but i still do feel better physically. ALso before a sporting event (haha golf) i listen to pump up music and i usually get amped and in the zone. Another way is soft music helps to put me asleep and i guess thats physical.

2. Music can make you think. A song about deep issues can help you mentally and get you thinking about current events. Also the baby enstein things are suppose to work and make babies smarter

3. Yes have you ever listened to emo or scremer music. It scares me.

4. Personally i like nourish the mind because the mind is an amazing thing and when you stimulate it it is an amazing feeling.
