Key Lime Pie
1cup grahm cracker crumbs
2tablespoons light margarine, melted
Artificial sweetener to equal 2tablespoons sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 3/4 cup skim milk
1 8 oz pkg. fat free cream cheese
1/2 cuo lime juice
artificial sweetner t equal 1/2 cup
lime slices
Combine graham cracker crumbs , margarine & sweetner
spoon in bottom of pan.Pat evenly on bottom and 1/2 inch on all sides.Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup milk in small saucepan,let stand 2 -3 minutes.Cook over low heat , stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves. Beat cream cheeseuntil fluffy in small bowl; beatin remaining 1 1/4 cups milk & gelatin mixture.Mix in lime juice & sweetner.refrigerate pie until set about 2 hours.

Lemon Fluff Salad – katemarie_ia (TOH)

1 can lemon pie filling
1 (8-ounce) carton whipped topping
2 (11-ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (14-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained

Fold pie filling and whipped topping together until well-blended. Fold in fruit. Chill until ready to serve.
Serves 12.
