Subject: Boy, early teen. surgery for gynecomastia with possible pelvic check

Boy, early teen. surgery for gynecomastia

I am male. It happened as early teen 13-16. The procedure happened in North America, USA, in 2010 or later. I had an exam or surgery in my chest. I had surgery for gynecomastia.

The procedure happened in a hospital. My parents brought me to get it done.

ANESTHESIA AND ARRANGEMENTS

I was given sedative medicines through my mouth. I was given medication intravenously. They gave me gas through a mask. I was told to just breathe normally, and to just relax and everything will be just fine.

It was in a hospital. I remember when I went to sleep, I said my name. I heared go to sleep, wake up and boobs are gone.

THE REASON FOR THE SURGERY

I was on my school swim team as well as another competitive swim team and I was having trouble with getting good times despite having almost no body fat. My coach suggested that I might have gynecomastia.

SYMPTOMS AFTER THE PROCEDURE

I had pain, irritation or other problems in my mouth. I had pain, irritation or other problems in my respiratory tract or lungs. My underwear being messed up or other signs that I had been stripped naked at my lower body. When I woke up my throat hurt and my boxers felt like they had been pulled down.

ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE ORDEAL

I had one IV, but I think it was just saline and just a mask, heart monitor and blood pressure cuff. I remember a nurse telling me that it was over and to just relax. Not more that I remember.

COMMENTS

This procedure happened only to get better results in competitive sport. It gave probably no health benefits, and possibly nerves get cut so that the sensiitivity of the breast area got disturbed. If the boy felt somewhat large breasts as something unpleasant it might have had some psychological benefits.

The boy got intubated, the respiration got paralyzed and he got artificial ventilation through the tube. This is the reason for the respiratory symptoms after.

His boxers were surely taken off. This was to place monitor electrodes and a big electrode at his lower body to supply high frequency electricity for the cutting tool used at his breasts. He possibly had a catheter that was taken out before he waoke up.

But this kind of general anesthesia is not necessary for this kind of small surgery. If the surgery also took a very long time, and he also had to be prepared with laxatives or the like to get empty digestive system, and had some symptoms, not necessarily pain, from his urethra,, anus or stomach, they probably did something in his lower body too.

The most probable things done is ultrasound exam of his testicles, pelvic ultrasound with a sond inserted through his anus, endoscopic inspection in his urethra and bladder, and endoscopic inspection into his rectum and colon, but not necessarily all of this.

The lack of arrangements after the procedure tell that they probably did not any more that just looking.

This could be for concern for the gynecomastia being connected to some pelvic development disturbances or pelvic disease processes, but possibly they also used him as training object for medical procedures.
