Hi, I'm J.T. Spencer's roommate at college and he mentioned that I should talk about something that happened to me as a kid. When I was 8 or 9 I can't remember my exact age I was having headaches a lot and my doctor had me get a test done at the hospital where they looked at my brain. about a week later I was back at the hospital and was checked in and taken to a room where I had to change into a hospital gown and get a check-up done. Then they told me it was time to go to the operating room for my surgery. First, they took me to a room where they had me sit in a chair and they shaved my head. I remember being scared about that as they said something about brain surgery at that point. Then they had me put on a pair of underwear and then change out of the hospital gown into one like the doctors wear and then I had to wash my hands and put on gloves and a mask. Then they took me to the operating room and helped me lie down on the table with my head resting on a special part at the end of the table. Then they put a mask on me to make me sleepy. A little later on they woke me up and I had a tube in my nose to help me breathe they said that they needed to ask me some questions during the operation. I was scared then too but I thought it was really cool to be asked in the operating room. They asked me questions and they touched some arts of my brain. After that I remember they said hat I was going to go back to sleep again, after that I remember waking up in a room with the tube in my mouth and a tube in my penis and a big bandage on my head some tubes in my arms . The doctor said to my mom that everything went well and it was a benign toumerwhich was good. I haven't had any other problems since.

Whn I was 10 I had too have sirgey on both my ears but it wan't too bad except that I was relly disy afterwards and threw up.

I was supposed to get my tonsils out when i was 13 but just before I was going to be taken to the operating room the doctor took a liok at hem again and said that they didn't have to come out. About 3 years later when my previous doctor had retired a new one that took over his partice recomed that I should have them out. So when I was 16 I got them taken out.
