It looks to me that the surgery did two unrelated things.

Your initial pain was surely from an umbilical hernia that got fixed.

But it looks like thay inspected your abdomen and thereby did something more totally unrelated.

The strange thing is that they said they did a specific thing, removing a small intestine part, but did not say why.

I suspect there was nothing wrong with your intestines.

My supicion is that they harvested tissue from your abdomen for other purposes than your wellbeing. That harvested tissue could be an intestine part, or something different.

It could be interesting if you answer my questions rregarding the other surgeries too. Perhaps there are signs that more than told got bode by these too, or some connedtion to tha at age 8?
