Look, I'm not saying none of this happened. I am saying there appear to be discrepancies between this kid's experience and my own and other people's experiences over years with oral surgeons. I have never seen an oral surgeons office and examining rooms that appeared to be equipped for anything other than oral surgery, at least in the US. I have never seen, been asked, or known of anyone required to submit a urine specimen to an oral surgeon. This took place at a "health center," a term not in use in the US, and whose meaning is at best ambiguous. In addition it depends on the experiences of a 14 year old who was recovering from anesthesia, which is a priori suspect. And 14 is generally not an age when wisdom teeth are extracted.

Nevertheless, I'm not saying it didn't happen, just that I would view reports such as this with some skepticism, and weigh them carefully.
