I have read through your answers to the questionaire and I found things there that could help to answer the question.

You wrote that the inner tissue from your uterus got taken out as specimen collection.

First of all, it had to be removed to not disturb the tissue sampling.

This tissue grew out again automatically during a month.

But with that device in place, it could be overgrown with tissue, be stucked and plug the outlet.

The removal of that tissue also made it impossible to get pregnant during that time, so that you could have sex without the contraceptive.
