I'm from an English speaking country, but I do speak some German, growing up.

One thing I'm interested in is how much is routine poorly explained medical procedures and what is actually supposed to be secret.

There has been some indication that a significant number of healthcare professionals and support staff are military trained.

I don't have specific personal accounts of "secret" examinations but will try to answer questions in detail at some point.
