These projects are coordinated internationally, as far as I see.

The total routine seems tp consist mostly of standard medical methods and using standard medical instruments.

But it also looks that they use very new techniques and instruments not so far in common use and that many new techniques are tried out during these projects.

Yes, military trained personal and even military units seem to be used, but I do not have the impression that they are military projects as such.

They seem to be surveillance and research projects with a lot of purposes. It looks like when they have got hold of a kid, they use the kid for all what he she is worth. But gathering intelligence and statistics about kids and families seem to be a heavy purpose, and that again to be used to control the behavior of the populations.

The methods they use are for the most parts not secret as such. You can find description of most of it in material from ordinary health institutions.

The projects themselves are held in a certain semi-secret status. They are not openly talked about.

But they are to a certain extent advertised through discrete channels or through personal contact to get hold of kids. When doing so they will generally point to some minor purpose that most will agree about, but not tell about the whole spectrum of purposes.

And to a certain extent the family of the kids, or the local communities get economical compensation or other benefits for letting the kids be used.
