What you tell is something I have seen told about many times before.

It looks like the projects changed somethings inside your intimate region, (bladder, urethra, ureters, kidneys rectum, anus, vagina) and that these changes were asked for by the sport school. The pumping and flushing arrangement was to secure the results.

They probably did something similar with your parents to adjust some intimate bodily functions, possibly after own whish.

These types of manipulations seem to be very common with students of sport schools or members of sport clubs, but they are never told about to the public.

Even though I can see the purpose with most of what you told, I must admit that I do not see the purpose of enlargement of vagina, but I have seen it told before.
