This is the international, mostly secret, surveillance procedure I know from many accounts from all over the world, used on kids and sometimes their parents too.

Even though local and even regional authorities seem to have no power to decide over the basic procedure, the teams use to some extent local resources and local health personal to help them. They also often do some extra cervice for schools and local authorities regarding the kids.

It looks from your account that they performed some adjustmenst in your joints, urinary system, lover digestive system, your puberty development and perhaps also in your respiratory system to enhance the result of sport and to adjust your bodily functions to fit the schedule of training and sport. I have many accounts of this being done on kids frequenting sport schools.

It seems that these adjustments were done with hormonal injections, and by widening internal areas by inserting steadily thicker rods, and with using long balloons they pimped up inside your digestive system, urinary system and perhaps your repiratory organs. This will some time therafter result in a lot of swelling and umconfort, and you find out that things have got wider after the swelling go down.

The bodily position you had been put into when you woke up, is frequently used on kids during surgery.

Perhaps you could answar the following questions:

Do you remember what they did with you in the moments you woke up at the operating tabel? What instrument was used, and how did it work?

Did you pubertal development alter afterwards? Did something develop faster. Did something seem to be slowed down or stopped in your development?

The tubes in your uretra and rectum, were they conneted to some kind of machine, and what did the machine do?

Did you happen to see something done on the other boys when they were under anesthesia, prepared for anesthesia, or coming out of anesthesia, and what type of equipment were used on the other boys?

Tell anything others that you might remember and ask me about anything that I might have the answar to, based on all the other histories I have gathered.
