As I understood, was the problems with bowel movement and possibly urination preliminary until the effect of the adjustments had settled, and that the final goal was to make it easier to sustain hard gymnastic activities without pelvic functions making trouble, and also to make the pelvic structures more flexible to allow gymnastic contortion.

I have a lot of accounts of this kind from previous conversations.

But I agree that these kind of adjustment are risky, and I know that complication are frequent. It seems to me that the overwhelming objective for these schools is the production of sport champions that can glorify the school and the nation, and that they accept submitting the students to great risks for this goal.
