JOM did not follow the Statement of Doctrine in ordaining deacons . Here is a direct quote from the government section
"The suggestions of the members of the local congregations will be considered before ordination of deacons (Acts 6). The activities of each individual assembly (including overseeing the elders), will be scrutinized by the bishop and the ministerial advisory body as the need arises. The decision of the ordained ministers shall be final when they arbitrate matters of dispute between members."
This was not done when the last ordination occurred !
