Wow, congrats Eric and we know you will do good on the exam- you are a Lehman graduate! I am sure you are excited to start your new journey here in the US. We are here to support you.
Any tips for Eric so this will be a good experience for him.

Mel- very good point. I remember when I was a staff RN, offering help to other RNs promotes team work and reciprocity. It is a very good gesture and advocate a positive work ethics. VERY GOOD!

Shabeena - Give us feedback on what's new with your orientation. Any challenges, insights or suggestions?

I invited another Lehman alumnus who is a SV staff also. She was hired Feb 2008 and in Med/Surg floor. Her name is Shiela Cenac, and hopefully she will log-in and join this group.
Good work Lehman team, you all should be proud!
