What seems to be happening, is every draft, we are just making things up to suite the time. I am sure that past events are precedence to the current time, but I'd like to outline that.

So say one week prior, one week post. I am all for that as well. Just tried to do it in a week, as it going across two weeks of football, might be a bit tricky to handle whilst playing.

But if the mods were ok with that proposal amendment, I too would be.

Regarding it has already been approved, as I mentioned, this decision would cover all future drafts, not just this one.
