Pornography: Pornography in marriage is adultery as pornography for the un-married is the equivalent of fornication. Let's look at some scripture: James 1:14- but each one is tempted, when by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Pornography does not force anyone to look at it, if you do so you are being drawn away by your own lusts. A main breakthrough in overcoming sin is being able to admit and realize that your temptations to sin come from within you. Instead of blaming others or life's circumstances, one has to take responsibility for his or her own actions.

The Fallout From Pornography

- Prone to sexual addiction and more pornography

- A decreased satisfaction to normal sexual pleasures

- Brain chemistry changes. Scientist are now beginning to document and prove that prolonged exposure to pornography does indeed begin to change the brain chemistry and alter the pleasure centers of the brain.

James 4:1-2- what causes fights and quarrels among you? Don't they come from your desires that battle within you? You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. People that become involved in pornography are always looking for what they do not have and it never comes. These desires never cease and that is why most soft-porn viewers end up looking at hard-core porn. The satisfaction they are seeking will not be found in porn addiction but in the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus made it clear in Matthew 5:28 That if you even look upon another person with lust in heart, it becomes the same as actually physically being with them. Pornography is this way, it is purely driven from lust.
