 Hi Amy, my daughters are very similar in ages to yours mine are 11 14 and I have chosen to allow them to smoke and drink since they were 10. As far as drugs, I'm a drug user so I personally have no problem with them using drugs. In fact my oldest has started using drugs a month ago. Hope this helps with your decision.
