Another thing you can do is do a bunch of meth or coke, then instantly do a lot of heroin. if you do that over and over, that way you can take way more heroin without nodding off and get bigger doses/bigger risks

its really risky, but when you go to bed you could also try putting something that you huff that gives off fumes on its own nearby to make you high as you sleep, and same with lit cigs. what are your favourite things to huff?
