Subject: Re: Why Do You Wear a Girdle
In reply to: Tom Seifer 's message, "Re: Why Do You Wear a Girdle" on 12:32:21 02/01/24 Thu

I had to wear a girdle while mum and I were living with my nan, my nan come from the era were women wore a girdle daily with out fail and never complained. But since I was told off by my Nan for not wearing and I started wearing it and benefit from:
* The support and compression on my abdominal muscles the girdle gave me, letting the girdles support them I found as Tom said I had more energy, I felt more focused and I just felt more positive all over.

* The fit of my clothes was much better and my health all over was much better I only gained one clothing size during my teens till I was 16, I was never over weight, had a slight teenage tummy but the girdle smoothed that out, my school friends were at times baffled as to how the girdle smoothed my tummy out but it wasn't obvious I was wearing a girdle, it just looked natural.

* But I guess the big thing was Modesty and Security/Safety the Panyty girdles covered the panties that Nan insisted I was to wear from the boys view and the OBG just made it very dark up there making it hard for them to see, mind you didn't stop me from giving them them an occasion quick peek if I was wearing a shorter obg. When I was 16 Nan gave me one of her girdles from her teens, Nan and I were the same size, she explained to me this was her safety girdle, it was medium-firm support, had hook and eye side fastening, was a panty girdle but it also had a extra hook and eye but on the out side of the zip, when zipped up this exterior eye went through the zip and hooked up on the other side so the zip couldn't slide down, you couldn't see the hook as it was in between the layers of material but you could feel and you sort slid in through a small opening and hooked it up and although it sat very snug around my private area, with was very comfortable to wear. It did its job, when I was 17 and was set upon but a sleezy creep who tried to rape me, I was coming back to nan's one Saturday and had been to the movies with one of my friends as we crossed through a play ground when was set upon, the creep grabbed me and tried to also grab Jasmine but she run home with her place be closest and got her dad - who happened to be a cop, but the creep couldn't get passed the girdle despite all his efforts.

So yes so summing up for me I would say my 3 would be Support, Posture/health and safety + I guess you could though in a hint of tradition as well.

>>I enjoy wearing a girdle because I like the
