Thank you
That is exactly what happens when daily well girdled.
You are right the support on you abdominal muscles I believe are essential I believe for your over all health.

Once you do experience the daily support of being daily well girdled you do find you can never ever go without a girdle.

>I had to wear a girdle while mum and I were living

>>I to am a straight male, and I always loved well

>>>I am a straight male, not a crossdresser (although I
>>>have a few times: one year, my ex-wife decided that
>we

>lacy
>>>nylon camisole, a semi-transparent blouse, and a

>>>"be" a female, and simply enjoy wearing nylon panties
>>>and a firm/extra-firm high waist, long leg, panty
>>>girdle, and occasionally some pantyhose and a nylon

>>>satin camisole.
>>>I enjoy wearing a girdle because I like the
>>>compression and the feeling of tightness around my
>>>waist and lower rib cage, across my stomach and hips,
>>>around my butt and around my thighs very much.
>>>Generally speaking, for me, tighter is better (but

>>>too small), so a firm or, especially, extra firm
>>>control HWLLPG works best for me. I've also found a
>>>few moderate control HWLLPGs that feel good and
>>>provide good compression.
>>>Another reason is the feeling of the fabric. Most of
>>>my girdles are, of course, from nylon/spandex or
>>>satin/spandex, or a combination of the two. Running
>>>the fabric through my fingers feels very luxurious,
>>>and the same can be said for when I am wearing one of
>>>them: the fabric, itself, just feels like pure luxury
>>>against my skin.
>>>I also like what a girdle does for my body shape and
>>>posture: smoothing out some of the lumps and bumps, a
>>>bit of flattening here and there, giving a bit of a
>>>nice lift in a few spots, and almost "forcing" me to
>>>maintain good posture. Wearing a girdle also always
>>>makes my clothes fit a little better, which is a nice
>>>bonus.
>>>And then there is the "taboo" aspect of doing
>>>something a little naughty, by wearing underwear
>that,
>>>by social standards, I'm not supposed to be wearing.
>>>Whenever I wear in public (under my male street
>>>clothes), it always puts a bit of a smile on my face,
>>>knowing that I am "getting away" with something that
>>>I'm not supposed to be doing. And I suppose that the
>>>"taboo" aspect of wearing women's foundations and
>>>underwear also subtly contributes to the
>psychological
>>>– and possibly, the physical – pleasures of wearing
>>>them. Although there was a bit of a sexual aspect to
>>>wearing a girdle in my early teens (wearing one never
>>>"excited" me to the point of orgasm), that has long
>>>since "worn off", and, for many, many years, I have
>>>simply enjoyed wearing a girdle for the reasons
>listed
>>>above.
>>>I've been wearing panties and girdles for nearly 55
>>>years, and the other lingerie items for a few years
>>>less time. And, yes – like many others here – I was a
>>>connoisseur of the Sears, Montgomery Wards, Spiegel.
>>>and other catalogues' lingerie and, especially, the
>>>girdle sections, in my youth. It was rather quite

>>>So...there are some of my reasons for wearing a

>>>I am looking forward to reading other members'
