I agree once you say follow this https://toms0321.wordpress.com/ and you do experience that being well girdled daily is really delightfut.
Once you do experience being well girdle like in Rago 6210 it does become delightful, and what happens is you do find you will become totally dependent on the support that a girdle does give you daily. You do find once you can relax your stomach and your stomach is well supported in a girdle your stomach muscles after a few week need to be always well girdled.

The benefits are real that being well girdle everyday will give you.
