Truly sad that most girdles today are stretchy and weak. Most people do not enjoy the beauty and support of a satin panel girdle. Rago and Custom Maid have great girdles and I truly miss the long leg Playtex 'I can't Believe it's a girdle' girdle. I really loved the Playtex '18 hour' girdle. There are still a few satin panel girdles from VaBien and Carnival that are both firm and comfortable. I do miss the garter clips that hold up your stockings and it's becoming scarce to find great stockings. Really love the Hanes Silk Reflections but they are getting really hard to find and don't come in the colors and sizes they used to have. Don't know why these companies don't advertise any more. I'll take a girdle, bra or stocking TV commercial any day over a drug company touting constipation relief.
