Y'know - I have no problem with using a full spectrum - but I hapen to know girls with less than 100 hours of commuity service scored in the 30's.

So my child who does community service every day because she wants to make the world a better place - and has that level of service (which 3 times has won at a national level) it is NOT possible or reasonable to say a 14 is her correct score.
