This morning my first patient was this very attractive blonde who came in for her DTAP booster. She was wearing a pair of jeans with boots and a long white sweater. She filled out the form. She said don't these make your arm sore for a few days. I am on our college tennis team. I sait they do , but you can get it in your hip and you will not get a sore arm and you will walk it off. Can't remember when I had a shot in my hip, but I am game for it. She stood up and I told her to lean over the table. SHe had a zipper than was in the back of her jeans and when I unzipped her jeans and pulled them down I discovered she was not wearing any panties. I picked a spot on the left hip and gave her the shot. I massaged the spot a minute or two and then put a bandaid on the spot. She buttoned her jeans and pulled up the zipper. I asked her about her flu shot and she said I never have had one and I told she should get one. Why not and she lowered her jeans again and this time I put it in her right hip. This morning I was at a Kentucky college and two memebers of the golf team came in stating they needed their Dt booster updated. They were like models. I had them complete their forms. They told me they were going to be in a tournament this weekend. I told them both well this shot will make your arm very tender for the next few days. I mentioned that if they got it in their hip they would walk it off and not get the discomfort. The first girl said okay and pulled down her really tight jeans revealing a well tanned bare butt. I was opening a medication vial this morning when it shatered cutting my thumb. I went into the med room and cleaned it under the water and placed a bandaid on it. I cut my finger at work this afternoon and had to go to the ER for 4 stitches. Getting numbed was no fun and they had to put four stitches in my finger. The nurse was discharging me when the doctor came in and told him I needed a tetanus booster. I signed my chart and was sitting on the bed when he came back with a small syringe. He said I can give this to you in your arm or bottom. It was definitely hurt less in your bottom. I remembered my arm aching for days when I got the shot in high school. I turned around and leaned over the table. He pulled down my sweat pants and panties below my butt cheeks. I felt him rub the cold alcohol pad across my hip. I was sent to the health department to get a DTAP for employment. The male nurse called out my name and took me back to a room. he did my TB test first. I was thinking no big deal. Then he pulled out a syringe and placed what looked like a long needle on it. I filled out my form. He said ok I need ypou to unfasten your slacks and bend over. I asked him if he could give it to me in my arm. He told me yes , but that my arm would be sore. I did remember that from my last shot. I unzipped my slacks and barely pulled them down. He pulled them down past my hips and then my green panties. No I am standing bent over with my bottom fully exposed. I felt him squeeze my buttocka few times and then the sharp sting as he poked me with the needle and gave me the shot.
