Wishing to relive the adolescent experience that terrified me so at the time, I found a local medical dominatrix to give me buttock injections across her receptionist's lap. I detailed exactly what I wanted, emphasising that she should be strict and make the shots as painful as possible, and made an appointment for a few days thereafter to give me time for anxious anticipation.
On arrival I was greeted by a very attractive nurse who escorted me into a realistic medical room and introduced me to the absolutly gorgeous, mini-skirted receptionist with the words, "This is Nick. He's here for his booster shots". Then she told me to pull down my pants and bend over. I hopefully tested her resolve by saying I thought booster shots were given in the arm, to which the receptionist commented, "I think they can be; I've had them there" but the nurse firmly replied as I hoped, "But you're getting them in the bottom. I call the shots here!" The receptionist opined that it was the best place to be injected, pointing to her own delightful buttock and saying, "It's fleshier back here and, wnen across my lap, you won't be able to see what is happening". I replied, "I won't be able to see but you will" and she confirmed with a smile, "Of course I will be watching". The nurse sternly asked me, "Is that a problem?!" and I truthfully replied that it would be embarrassing for a girl to watch me get in the bottom injections she had in the arm. The nurse then told the receptionist to get me ready while she fetched the vaccines from the fridge. Knowing that injections hurt more when cold, I nervously realised that they really would be painful as I gazed at a frightening array of syringes. The receptionist interrupted my thoughts with, "Drop your trousers". She stood before me as I fumbled a bit to unfasten them. Just as I let them drop, she stooped down and pulled my pants all the way down too before taking her seat on the examination table. As she unabashedly stared at the nervous excitement indicated my my semi-erect state, I opined that she was going to enjoy this and she admitted it would be fun to "see somebody else's rear end injected for a change", enabling me to visualise her shapely bare bottom getting jabbed, which she satisfyingly confirmed with, "I've has shots in both places".
The nurse returned with a covered tray and told me to bend over. The receptionist obligingly hitched up her already short skirt and I stretched my nakedness across her supple bare thighs. She sensuously stroked my bare bottom with the words, "Try to relax, you know you have to get these". I truthfully said that I couldn't relax and she briefly allowed me to imagine her own buttock injections with the comment, "I know how you feel - bending over, bottom bare, knowing that the nurse behind you is about to make pincushions of your cheeks but unable to see and there is nothing you can do about that now." It was exactly how I felt. When I felt an alcohol swab high to the outside of my left buttock, the receptionist commented, "You're giving it to him quite high" and the nurse somewhat unnervingly replied, "I'm starting them high". When I felt the needle, I was asked if it hurt and I replied, "not really", but feeling the liquid injected made me change my tune with "YES"! There followed three more injections in my left cheek, each one a bit lower and more painful than the one before. When the nurse went to the right cheek, the receptionist touched the tender left side, asking if it hurt and making me jump. During the nurse's similar treatment of my right buttock, I braced myself on the presumption that it would all be over after four more in that side and commented that eight (four in each cheek) was the most I ever had at once. As the nurse was certainly abiding my my instruction to make the injections as painful as possible, her reply, "You're getting more than that today because the time you booked is less than half over," made me seriously doubt my ability to endure the entire session. The receptionist said that she could feel my heart throbbing against her thigh and I asked her about the worst injections she ever had. She told me about getting two huge injections (one in each cheek) after which she couldn't sit down, unnecssarily adding, "so I don't envy you!" Exciting visualisition of her ordeal encouraged me to slide my hand up her thigh and under her skirt to fondle her lovely buttock (which she didn't seem to mind) but the nurse's swab brought me back to reality as I tightly gripped the receptionist's thigh and buttock (one with each hand). She remarked, "This poor patient is gripping onto me for dear life," to which the nurse frighteningly replied, "You had better grip him too because these are going to hurt". She leant heavily on my back just before I felt the searing sting in my already tender left buttock and did the same for each of the remaining shots. Whenever the receptionist wasn't pressing hard, I enjoyed a brief respite but renewed pressure made me tense in anticipation, thereby inadvertently making the shot hurt even more. The nurse alternated buttocks every two or three shots until I lost count. I looked at my watch, earnestly desiring the end of the session and futily hoping that each injection would be the last. I even tried to squirm in order to delay a shot and thereby get fewer in the allotted time, but the receptionist's grip was firm enough to hold me in place. Eventually, the nurse announced the final injection but my relief was tempered by her instruction to the receitionist, "It will really hurt, so remember what I told you". As a completion of my adolescent scenario, the receptionist said, "When you feel me pinch you, take a deep breath, close your eyes and squeeze your nose". The nurse then asked in which side I wanted it. I told the receptionist to decide for me and she painfully prodded both sore buttocks before touching a site near the middle of my right cheek with the words, "Give it to him right back here." After the alcohol swab, I felt the predicted stinging pinch to my left buttock but, for some reason, I failed to comply with instructions, making the the nurse tell the receptionist, "You'll have do do it for him." With her elbow in the small of my back to keep me still, she placed separated thumb and forefinger in front of my view for a few anxious seconds before pinching my nose and exclaiming, "NOW!". The needle plunging deep into my glute really did hurt but worse followed as the injection of what felt like liquid fire permeated my already very tender buttock. After that final shot I had to endure the relatively minor stings of a styptic pencil applied to bleeding sites. When at last allowed to stand, I gingerly rubbed both tender cheeks before getting dressed and going home to have my meals standing up for a couple of days.
