 I did a similar role play. As a kid I got rabies shots in my stomach. Something about that needed to be re-visited. A long story shortened, I found a "nurse" who gave them to me in my abdomen with a large bore syringe and pretty good size long needle. And I got a "belly full". I looked like someone whacked my stomach with a 2X4 as hard as they could. I was truly black and blue!
