Well, I was wrong how much I weighed before -- lindalou, 05:54:54 07/15/11 Fri [1] (24-247-147-10.dhcp.klmz.mi.charter.com/24.247.147.10)
I guess I weighed 214 at my last appointment, because now now I weigh 206! My doctor said I lost 8 pounds since my last visit, but even better, my A1C (a test to see how my blood sugar is doing), is 6.7! one of my goals is to have that number down to 6.5 or less. I did have a chocolate shake afterwards to celebrate.

More tone goals -- suek, 11:26:58 07/12/11 Tue [1] (NoHost/12.174.118.19)
As I've aged, I've lost tone, even though my weight has stayed pretty much the same. I definitely don't thrill to that. I'm about 7 pounds higher than I was in high school, so it's not the number. I just don't like flabby upper arms or the tummy that I've developed - for me a lot of it is because of meds I have to be on. With the current heat index of 112, it's not motivating to get outside, so I've just been trying to do 5 pound weights (ankle and free) to keep tone, but I guess now I need to do more reps or different stuff as the 15 minutes/day, 6 days/week is no longer cutting it.

I do have a number in mind.... -- lynne, 14:09:33 07/12/11 Tue [1] (NoHost/65.49.14.81)
but for me it's mostly about how I feel. Like I said on the RT board, I'm at X-27 since Jan. on WW. Hubs thinks I'm thin enough but I want to lose 6 more. I thought at that weight perhaps I would lose the upper arm fat, but those stoopid things are not getting smaller. Hmph.

Anything below 200 is fine with me. At 6' tall I have a little more leeway than some of you :P I'm skinny at 180 so I gues that's my real goal. I have a lonnnnnnng way to go so I'll just report that I'm currently at XXX lbs. :)
