In reply to: Or is it only WIDA? I find it very unfair. Results are so inconsistent 's message, "Do all OP use judges who learned to dance in Europe as adults?" on 07:36:26 11/20/24 Wed

The commentary of one person here has revealed who is complaining as I am a teacher in WIDA and have just checked the results which are sent to all the teachers after every event. I think I will need to refer this to the teacher of the school concerned as having reviewed every result this is the one that appears to be the only one where the result is different. An adjudicator can have a different opinion from the others on a panel as this is Irish dancing and not every dancer is the perfect dancer for a particular judge. Calling in to question the results of a particular person because of their perceived lack of history in Irish dance is not nice thing to say seeing as many judges in many orgs who dances all their lives seem to have no clue except the school or dress that the dancer wears.
