Where were Boyer and Voss last week? Both were missing from another Council meeting.

What employer would put up with the attendance record of these guys? None. Have they been refusing payment from the City for the times they are absent? I think not.

But EB residents are supposed to tolerate and pay for these continued unexplained absences?

They have been paid for YEARS to create a disastrous sewer and water situation. Let's quit paying them for doing nothing to avert it!!
