Subject: I'm not sure that's the case. Because she made the announcement on Monday - AFTER the judge told them to maintain the status quo. So she blatantly defied that directive. I guess we'll see...

Glenn’s team filed an emergency motion to try and stop these dates from happening but the judge did not grant it and the next hearing will still be in late Sept as planned. His response to the emergency motion was basically that Robin is to not make anymore big decisions like this without consulting with Glenn’s team “going forward”.
