Oh dear. The President sets the rules for the FEDERAL budget, not the price of milk. There's a little thing called the stock market, a little thing called supply and demand, a little thing called labor force. The President does not set the "rules" (whatever that means) for anything. And while we're at it, that budget is set by Congress and the President together and has the been cause of multiple shut downs over the years when they couldn't agree. Ok? Now that we're done with Civics 101, can we get back to pageantry? (NT)No name
